Accommodations

Where do the events take place?

Our Negotiation Conferences are conducted in Zurich, New York, and Riyadh in 2025. We always aim to offer an on-site luxury experience, therefore the events take place at premium hotel locations.

What is the recommended attire?

We recommend business casual or casual attire for our Conferences

Who covers hotel and accommodation costs?

Participants are responsible for arranging and organizing their own transportation and accommodation as part of our compliance policy.

Are meals provided?

With the General Admission and Full Access N-Conference ticket, breakfast, networking drinks and snacks, as well as a lunch buffet are included on both days.

With the VIP N-Conference ticket, you will enjoy food and drinks included in the regular ticket, furthermore we offer VIP dinners and exclusive aperitifs, exclusively as part of a VIP Ticket.

Preplanning

How should I prepare for an event?

Once you have registered for an event, we will send you further instructions and information via email.

Should I bring my laptop?

It is not obligatory to bring your laptop. We will provide you with all necessary writing tools to take notes during the Conference.

Payment & Cancellation

What is included in the program fee?

The participation fee includes tuition, the cost for course documentation and other instructional material, as well as weekday lunches. Expenses for overnight accommodation are not included. Conferences that are conducted in several parts can only be booked as one whole conference. We do not offer make-ups for missed days of multi-day training. We expressly reserve the right to change the participation fees.  

The Certification program fees also include exam fees and membership of our Negotiation Club.

What types of payment are accepted?

You can pay your ticket with a credit card as instructed on the website or contact us at info@schranner.com to request an invoice.

If you are requesting an invoice, please inform us of your exact billing address, specific details and VAT ID (if applicable).

When is the payment due?

If you have requested an invoice, you will receive it four weeks prior to the event date.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations may be made free of charge within 30 days of ticket purchase. After this 30-day period, cancelling the ticket will incur a 100% charge based on the original conference ticket price. However, cancellations will not be accepted less than 30 days before the event. Nevertheless, you have the option to transfer the ticket to another person by changing the name on it, provided that the replacement meets the participation requirements.

Covid-19

Do you offer hybrid participation?

We do not offer a live stream of the Negotiation Conference.

Are the programs still delivered onsite?

Yes. We are delivering face-to-face learning with full health protocols at our global event locations. We take all measures to provide you a safe environment that enables you to focus your energy and attention on learning. After all, your health and safety is our top priority.
