Meanwhile, Joe Navarro will delve into non-verbal analysis, with an emphasis on personality traits and their impact on negotiations, intransigence, and the challenges of cooperation, which may stem from cultural differences, as well as communication barriers and how interpretation influences negotiation dynamics.
